100% Schonberger, the only schonberger grown in mainland Australia. A german cross of Pinot Noir, Muscat & Chassalas - developed to be early ripening and less susceptible to decease pressure. 

Organic fruit from the Ablington vineyard in the Hunter Valley, handpicked early to retain vibrant core and wholebunch pressed directly to old french oak for wild primary & malolactic fermentation. Settled in stainless steel and bottled by hand. Unfined and unfiltered. 

Lifted floral aromatics, bone dry & crunchy, low ABV and bright acid core. Grapefruit pith, lemon rind, brine and faint savory nutty undertones.
