91% Merlot planted on volcanic soils of the Wandoo vineyard in Orange, NSW. 9% Semillon from the certified organic Ablington vineyard in the Hunter Valley.
Wild fermented in stainless steel, semi-carbonic as wholeclusters for 12 days prior to being drained and pressed back to stainless steel for 12 months on lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Bright red & blue fruit core, subtle spice with a fine, dusty tannin profile. Juicy and medium bodied - born to chill!
